I'm from the Bridgeport area. Just got my new smoker. Did some Country ribs today just to have something to play with on the new smoker. Was on a no control Brinkman for the past 2 years. Lot's of great info here. I can't "start" a thread here!! I was told that my MSN software is the problem and they are working on it, so it will be replies only for now.
