Ok,I've had the wok for a couple of weeks now. I finally decided to break that sucker in. Here is my mise en place. Here it is in action. I forgot to get a finished shot with the noodles and sauce in
. It was served with some TJ pot stickers. Very good stuff,but I can never let it sit still long enough to get a pic of the plated food. It just smells too darn good!
