going indirect with stubbs charcoal and pecan chips

doing fryer hind quarters with little olive oil and Bad Byrons Butt Rub. once done coming back with little Blues Hog Tennesse or head country, either way come on over

wish i knew how to post pics
time to burn some meat

Good luck G?. I love Bad Byron's for Boston Butts. Take it easy with it on chicken cause it can be a little strong, but then again knowing what you and your family like is the secret to successful Q.
