2nd post! Breakfast was mandatory coming up in our house, after marrying and starting a family of my own, I continued the breakfast tradition but with a twist, this is Weber grilled bacon!
Down goes a few strips of locally sourced bacon topped with my go-to seasoning (light dusting of steak rub) and off to the Weber Performer 22.5.
After lighting 30-40 Kingsford blue bag charcoal briquettes I spread those evenly across the grate to create even heat distribution inside the Kettle. Dome lid temp indicated 275-290 which was perfect for this cook. I added more bacon during the cook as the slices began to shrink
8-11 minutes is all the cooking time needed here, pulled and let drain for a few minutes, then served.
