Brass adapter between gas line and manifold

So when i bought my genesis 1000 and silver b they came without gas lines, regulators or that adapter piece. The piece im wondering about is that little brass piece that screws directly into the manifold

Does anyone have one or know off hand the dimensions? I tried a couple of different adapters. 1/4 inch to 3/8 flared. I tried 1/4 both id and od and neither fit right.

If anyone knows what size i need i would really appreciate it!

Seth, could you take and post photos of the manifold and the regulator hose. It would help quite a bit.

Seth, if you are ever out near riverhead I can give one to you... I always called it a nipple but that's not the real name.. I know what piece you are speaking of though... The one that threads into the manifold that is never there when you get a grill that was hooked up to the gas line for the house

The threads in the manifold are 1/8" NPT

Just to finalize this thread. Received the adapters linked above. They fit perfectly and i used this sealant. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Hercules-1-oz-Megaloc-Thread-Sealant-Tube-158022/203461208

I was finally able to fire up both of my grills tonight and run a quick heat/cleaning cycle.
