Boxing Day dinner..

Seems a bit quiet in here lately, so thought I would post a picture of my boxing day dinner. 1 x Large Red Emperor stuffed with lime and coriander, 2 x crays split in half. Was a nice feed on a hot evening, nice crisp salad and a few drinks. Weber Q 300.

Cooking seafood on the grill is a great idea..works well and keeps the fishy smell outside
