My daughter gave me a bottle of The Boulder Hot Sauce Company's Smokey Serrano sauce. It's hot all right, but has loads of flavor, a little garlicky and chunky with chopped chiles and other ingredients, not just heat. This is a new favorite.
They have one other sauce, Harry's Habanero. It's a small company, and it looks as if all sauces are handmade by one person.
