Boston butt a week later....

I just got done smoking a 4 lb Boston butt. It was in for 10.5 hours and turned out GREAT. Last week I posted about 2 three pounders I rushed along with foil. They were good but cannot compare to what I just ate. I used some leftover BRITU rub over yellow mustard on this butt. I basted it with the Southern Sop from Mr. Brown. As a condiment to add to the finished product I used the 1/3 cup mustard, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup cider vinegar I saw on this site one time. It was awesome and I now see the light regarding not shortcutting the time, Thanks to everyone I stole ideas from, it was great!
 
Congratulations, Cleatus.

Those were some small butts. I would suggest looking next time for a 7-8 pounder. Lot more meat, more fun to cook, and mmmmm juicy when done right.
