Cooked up some pork chops tonight.

Put on a bit of dry rub I had left over from a pork butt a while back.

Started them on the WSM. Cooked them for around 20 minutes at 275 till they got to around 140 degrees. Did this to add some smokey flavor

At 140 degrees ready to go on the Genesis to finish

Couple shots of them finishing up, some people wanted sauce some didn't (used some store bought sauce, City Barbecue (local restaurant) and Rufus Teague made some sauce, Touch O' Heat)
