Boneless pork chops on the OTG

Wanted to cook pork chops for my son before he flies to Ireland for a week so I Got some nice looking boneless loin chops that were decent price.
So I dusted them with some Weber chop and steak rub that I just got and this stuff is GREAT

I grilled these along with some butternut squash and baked potatoes

i was very careful not to over cook these. Took them off at 136 degrees and they carried over to 138 or so. Very moist and tender. And what flavor from the weber rub. Awesome.
Lim having trouble with photobucket right now so I'll try to post the other pix tomorrow.
 
Very nice Frank! I really like the Weber rubs and BBQ sauces, although I haven't seen that one around here yet.

These chops were outstanding. Mostly because I cooked them properly. Juuuuust a little pink in them. Nice and moist. Thank you thermapen!
