Boneless beef short ribs!

Saw these at Costco. First time ive seen them cut like this. Marinated these and a whole chicken cut up and deboned. Filled up the Genny. WOW!!! im definately going back for more of these!! incredible flavor! Check'em out if you get the chance..

Bob, my wife and I also picked up some of the boneless beef ribs @Costco Woodinville, they are super with great beef flavor and very nicely marbled like yours. Cooked on the Q300 with GrillGrates to 130* just used kosher salt, ground black pepper and garlic powder for seasoning. Out of this world beef flavor. We are going to get more of these, perfect size for a great meal with a green salad, avocado, and for me, a cold beer.
