Bone-in Thighs


 
i've done it but didn't think much about the process. preheat the grill and throw them on. i havn't noticed much differance in wether i put skin side down first or not. i always cook near high as i don't do anything for long on it.
 
Always had problems getting the thighs right. Been using The Rib-O-Lator that the wife got me for my birthday and have been very pleased with the results.

Basic chicken rub, on the Roti for about 45 minutes, best thighs I have ever done
