Bombay Halibut

This is a recipe from Jamie Purviance at Weber.com that is one of my favorites. Grilled halibut simmered in a spiced tomato sauce. Here's the link if you're interested:

I did the whole thing on the grill last night in a cast iron skillet. As you can see from the picture, it was just about to overflow.
