C Chris McGinley (skinny) New member Mar 8, 2012 #13 Thanks everyone. This was the "sort of" recipe from chris lily's book. It's the one with the Memphis red sauce. Only thing I did different was marinating/brining the ribs in apple cider, water, garlic powder and cayenne.
