Bison Arm Roast help

I'm hoping to get some suggestions on how to do a Bison arm roast some justice. I'd say it's about 3 lbs or so. I usually crock pot it for 5-6 hours until tender but I'd like to use the WSM for this one.

It's been rubbed and on the grill for 2 hours. I think I'll foil at 160 and just wait till probe tender. It's so lean I think the foiling will be a good way to finish it.
