Bob Bailey TVWBB Wizard Apr 18, 2024 #3 Tom Horsman did a review on Youtube, He used 5 or 6 puck type thermometers instead of biscuits. IIRC, the temps were pretty consistent throughout, but strayed a bit more at high temps.
