OK, so todays my birthday (46...getting up there)...its almost over but we're celebrating it tomorrow since my wife is on call. My WSM is new...I've only done ribs and chicken (got it last week), I'm thinking salmon and shrimp for tomorrow...this is a quick cook, no? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark
