Well on Friday the little guy turned 8. So we had a little party for him with his friends, then once they were gone some family came buy and we had a little cookout (burgers, brats and dogs) on the Wolf. I set it up 2 zone. Low on the right and on the left medium. The brats and dogs both were uncured pork and so needed a little extra time but not really hot cooking (gotta keep those juices in there) put the burgers on a little while after the sausages so both could finish together. I still notice a very slightly hotter temp in the front as can be seen on the burger side but nowhere like it was before going to the high capacity supply line and the 4" WC regulator now installed. It's like a different animal now. But still if you leave it on high it gets frightening hot not just hot. It does not have a thermometer so I could not give a reading but it's WAY hotter than even the Genesis Silver B which on the thermo will wrap the needle around. I can actually say that if put on high it's actually a little too hot and instead of a sear it turns a steak to black. So it has to be used with caution.
Anyway here is the RC grates getting a nice little workout yesterday. BTW it was 95deg and humid outside and next to that grill I think 20 deg hotter LOL
