Big Z doing it's job today

Nice slab of beef plate shortribs still in nearing completion, half a bone in pork shoulder just came out and in the cooler resting, marinara simmering away. All for daughter's (youngest) birthday today. 35 Seems like yesterday we brought her home in the infant carrier, and now I've got her 3 kids here watching them today. Go figure.

Sorry I did not get a pick of the pork shoulder. But, suffice to say it was INCREDIBLE! Bone pulled right out and it basically fell apart with my hands. It was like eating pig candy. Same with the beef ribs. Knife literally fell between the bones. They were devoured. I got a small piece of one. LOL. And my marinara? It was like my grandma and mom both came down from heaven, kissed me on the cheek and said "ma che' buon mio figlio" I was left with only one little container out of that huge pot. The kids robbed me blind

Nothing left means it was a great day with great food! We did grilled chicken and shrimp tacos with the same result. I don’t even have any pictures to prove it happened.
