My fresh idea: a large pork steak. Bigger than Lampesize.
Here is our wednesdays dinner: Two pork steaks (2lb and 1lb) marinated in EVOO, balsamic vinegar, S & P, cayenne pepper, garlic, Basil. Tomatoes stuffed with prosciutto and cheese mixture, grilled potatoes, onions and bell peppers. Cooking a little crazy, but the result pleased me.
