Refilling here is cheaper too (about $15). The problem is most places went to a per fill charge - say $15 per tank. So I can't top off my tanks any more. If you come in with a half full tank, they're not charging you by the actual volume put into the tank so it would still be $15.
Still better than exchanging. It's more expensive and I've read that they only fill those exchange tanks about 3/4 full.
