Well, I've been poking around for a few weeks so I figure I might as well introduce myself. I am from central PA, have a 22.5" Original Kettle and a new-to-me (bought it used 2 nights ago) Genesis E-320 gasser. I love using coals, but during the week I usually don't have the time to get it going and prefer the speed and convenience of a gasser (usually chasing 2 little ones while grilling after work...). I'm really looking to start branching out and trying some more new ideas on the grill this summer since to-date I've basically stuck to grilling meat (pork chops, ham steaks, steaks, burgers, and hot dogs) and an occasional low and slow BBQ pork butt, ribs, or chicken. I've been looking through the throwdown threads and am already starting to get some new ideas...
