Last nights brisket went for 16 hours. Just in time for a new breakfast menu item. Sauteed some onion. scrambled eggs. Flour tortilla. Assembled egg, onion, cheddar and, burnt ends of the brisket. Wrapped it up...my son thought it was pork. Not bad for a change. Kruger reminded me that bbq is not just for dinner.
 
Mmmm. Sounds great. The only reason that I'm not jealous is because I just had some very good red beans and rice with Andouille for breakfast in Breaux Bridge, La--otherwise I'd be screaming. Love burnt ends.
