Anyone ever try smoking a beef shoulder? I saw one at BJ's last weekend and was just wondering how it would come out. A bit pricier than pork shoulder so it would have to be real good to convince me to try it.
check out the chuck roll recipie on the cooking topics page and that may give you what you are looking for or are you talking about a different cut of the chuck like the 7 blade? eother way I think it would work. I've done a couple with pretty good results.
