Bought some very nice beef ribs at Homeland today, was wondering if they cook as good on the WSM as the spares do, or should i go ahead and cook them in the oven. Anyone with info to pass along on these will be appreciated. Would rather put them on the WSM. Thanks

Beef ribs do very well on the WSM. You can check out the last ones I did by clicking here. (Use Next and Prev, above the picture, to cycle through them all.) They were marinated for 14 hours in a Grape Juice Beef Rib Marinade. Enjoy!
