Beef Ribs Tues afternoon..

time for a little beef rib action on the kettle.. used rancher briquettes and some Cherry and red oak.. here they are rubbed and ready too g

o..

2hours in.. no apple juice in the house too use so i decided on Sierra Nevada Bigfoot..wow what a beer, and worked well

done..very nice

on the plate..nice ring. homeade cornbread and a little yellow rice!! nice day..glenn in SC

thanx folks..i used the rub in the weber smoke book.. at first it seemed a little sweet, but i worked really well..did not make the sauce, not enuff time...glenn in SC
