Beef ribs & Bacon


 
So I scored the beef ribs I was aching for last week, and on top of that my bacon is curd and drying. I'm figuring I'll bu the bacon on top of the ribs, and cook both at 200 until the bacon is done, and then let it go up a bit. Should give the beef ribs a nice flavour!
 
So you've been dieing to get some beef ribs and now your going cook them and make them taste like bacon? LOL
 
Actually, Bob, the beef rib goddess has got it in for me - likely for trying to change the flavour! At the last minute none of the gang can make it, so I'm freezing them until another day. So, bacon it is!
