Not sure if this limited to our local store but I bought beef ribs for $3.99/lb at BJs. The ribs were seperated which is a pain because you have to pull the membrane off of each rib. I did a lot of trimming of fat but in the end, the ribs had a lot of meat...I couldn't eat more than two.
At first I thought this was expensive but its actually about the same price as baby backs and there's a higher meat to bone ration with the beef ribs.
I made the yum yum recipe from the cooking section and it drew raves (thought it was too spicy for the kids).
