Beef Chuck Shoulder - Smokeable?

Has anyone tried this particular piece of meat in their smoker? Comments and/or hints greatly appreciated.
I was at BJ's this morning and saw what looked like a very nice piece, but when I got home I couldn't find mention of it on this site or in my "Smoke and Spice" book.
I might also mention that I just recently received my 18.5 and have used it just once, so I am very much a newbie to smoking.

What is it? A boneless chuck roast about 5-7 lbs?. I smoke those, as do many others, often. Check the cooking section, CHUCK ROLL, or the new shredded beef topic.

It was a little less than 4 lbs and if I remember correctly, it was labeled "Boneless Chuck Shoulder Roast 3". I have no clue what the "3" might mean, or if it even means anything.

I usually do larger, about 7 lbs, because you'll lose about 50%. I smoke around 250* for a few or more hours, until about 160* then foil. Cook in foil for a few hours, checking for pull apart tender if you are looking for pulled beef. Be patient, it takes a while. By pull apart tender, I mean if you twist a fork in it, the meat comes apart like so much spaghetti
