Beef Back Ribs

Hi All,

I had a rare find at my supermarket today....some nice meaty beef back ribs! First time i have seen them. Needless to say, I snatched em up.

I saw Chris' recipe in cooking topics which looks tasty, but was wondering if any of you all had some great recommendation on how to prepare.

For beef, I'm very fond of a rub containing coffee (I use the Jamison's Java-Chile recipe). You do have to grind your own beans.

I have used the recipe in cooking topics to make beef ribs a few times and they were great. My wife even prefers them to pork ribs. If you do use the rub from that recipe make sure to follow the directions and only use a moderate amount because it can be a bit salty.
