As the title suggests, beef back ribs on Member's Mark (it was feeling neglected)
so I put a couple of beef backs on there Cooked at 275 until just under 200 internal. Resting now for 10-15 min. That thing never ceases to amaze me at how good a pellet grill it is. Pics to follow
