You hide these great cooks in the pellet cooker section and sometime I miss them😜. I accidentally went into this forum and found this one. These are two of my most favorite meats and I love when you cook them together!!! My daughter was just asking about the tri tip in the freezer and she wants to get a butterflied leg of lamb as our next "new" cook. Man that is a great looking cook!!!
 
Is that a double cut lamb rib in there, Bruno? I'll take that one please! :) Looking good, man, and I love your little Weber corner! :)
