I wasn't sure where to post this so here is where I'm starting. I've never don baby backs and would like som advice on how to. How long with temps between 225-275? How about any tricks or your favorite technique? Thanks in advance!

Gene,they cook up similar to spares. They just get done sooner. I usually do spares for about 6 hours at 225-250*. Baby backs take a little less time,maybe 5 hours at similar temps. Hope this helps!
