In North Dakota we have Scheel's, Gander Mountain, Bass Pro Shops and Cabella's. Do not know if they are on the east coast or not, but they always have a huge selection of BBQ stuff. It is fun to shop there, all types of wood and gadgets.
None that excite me. Best one around is in Shillington. Fred's Music and Barbecue. You should take the drive to check it out. It's the most complete Barbecue supply bar none IMHO. He packs a TON for product in that place.
Stop at Pottsotwn Roller Mills on your way and pick up a few bags of Humphrey's Lump Charcoal. You'll get 20lb bags for about $11.
