Hi All,
As much as I've read on here, I'd like to get opinions on a BBQ Sauce base recipe from which to play with. I'm looking for a red / tomato based sauce as opposed to a mustard or white sauce. In the past I've usually added the standards like ketchup (or tomato sauce), cider vinegar, brown sugar and spice. I consider this a base but I haven't been able to put together something that blows my socks off. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
