This was mentioned in an earlier thread, but I wanted to bring it up again... I ordered the book by Ron Lutz "Whatcha Need to Know to BARBEQUE Like a PRO"
This is a book I would highly recommend for all newbies to smoking with the WSM.. This guy's a true WSM man and the information he brings out is very good... Written with 10 times more technical information than recipes, which is good for all "newbies" to help understand this great piece of equipment...
