BBQ Chicken

Cut whole chicken in half. Made Homemade Rub & Sauce. Cooked indirect heat @400
on my 26 in Weber Kettle. Cooked each side 20 mins then flipped. Then sauce & let it cook another 15 mins

That's better looking than most of the chicken i've made. I love serving "half chickens" just like that. That little bit of char is perfect..... probably came after you basted it. Did you baste with bbq sauce?
