BBQ Burrito

I had lunch at a cheap Mexican drive through today and split a Utah burrito & a BBQ burrito... the BBQ burrito was pretty good! It was just pulled pork, Spanish rice, maybe a little sour cream (none on my half), and some BBQ sauce that could've been Sweet Baby Rays.

It made me want to swing by Restaurant Depot or the grocery store & do a pork shoulder since it's been so long....

Yeah it's been almost a year for us. I have a 10lb pork picnic I picked up for $.99 a pound defrosting in the fridge for later next week. Plus another picnic and a shoulder still in the freezer, going to be a porky Summer.
