hello,
Just wondering if there was any forum/thread/discussion topic related to people who have turned their BBQ enthusiasm into a side business. It's not something i am looking to do any time in the near future, AT ALL, but was curious what people have done to turn their passion into a business. Whether it was some type of food truck or working at local fairs, carnivals etc, was interested to hear about the struggles, challenges and benefits of pursuing this type of activity. Surprised there is not already a forum on this site dedicated to this type of conversation, or there is and I can't find it - again.
Obviously there are a lot of people out on You Tube making videos, and people who compete but I am more curious about people who actually sell their food as a business.
