Barbeque in Memphis

Some buddies and I are headed to Memphis this weekend for football (Wake Forest at Ole Miss) and barbeque. We had planned to visit Rendezvous on Friday night, but I was hoping to hit at least one other bbq joint. I read in a previous post that Corky's has been going downhill.

Any recommendations???

About 12 years ago, I worked a trade show in Memphis. Asking some of the locals where to get some good Q, we were told Interstate on S. 3rd. It was fantastic. On the way out of town, we stopped there again with a styrofoam cooler and purchased more ribs and I don't know how many quarts of sauce. Interstate BBQ - highly recommended.
