Bacon Strips

Pammi went to Costco a couple weeks ago with a friend of hers and got some pork belly strips. Each was 12-14” long and right about an inch thick. Pammi snagged one for ramen, and I put the rest into SR’s cute last week, flipping the bag each morning.

Then onto the kettle using the snake method and lots of apple chips. The first piece came off after about an hour and a half when it reached 165*. A6185B8E-453A-4AA8-ABF5-C0C5A6CCF0D3.jpeg

My brother is REALLY hoping that there’s some left when he gets here next month! 😝
