Bacon cure


 
I keep mine (as I do with all my spices and rubs) in an airtite container and it was fine for about 2 months... Thats how long it took me to use it up.

Almost forever Dave. I have some from 03 on hand yet.
 
I used my BB bacon cure after it rested indoors in my office for about 2+ years and the BB bacon itself tasted fine.
