I'm a LONG time Weber grill customer with a Kettle 40 years ago or so and then a Geneses gas grill (with the wood slat work surface that folded down when not in use). I rebuilt the gas grill once and then decided I needed more surface area when cooking for lots of folks and tried a Char-Broil 6 burner grill for the last several years. I had a lot of problems with it and have finally replaced it with a Weber Summit S620 grill that I am very pleased with so far. Cooked a steak the first day with potatoes and broccoli that turned out great and sausages the next day for lunch. I like that I can use a few burners if I'm only cooking for my wife and I and the entire grill if cooking a lot of meat as well as vegetables for a big group. Looking forward to a lot more grilling now that I have a reliable grill to work with.
