Well, just wanted to say hello again. I haven't been on board in a while, I've spent all my time on turbobuick.com trying to get my car straightened out. I haven't had a whole lot of time for smoking as of late, but GOTTA love the long weekend. I always do a party at my place on the 4th, and I just fired up the WSM for the delicious dinner. 2am I put my 10# picnic on, after loading up 1+ chimneys of fresh Kingsford and about 2/3 a chimney of hot ones. I was amazed with how well this thing kept temp, my first overnight cook was an amazing success. I never would've tried a shoulder this size before, but now I know it's in the WSM's hands. Already got some tips by browsing. As always, thanks for the great site! It's great to finally be back!
