New costco member here. Last time I seen st.Louis ribs I but not this time so we got baby’s.
Double pack, going to get smoke going and do a 2.5 / 1 and a bit / .35 cook on them today…getting started here soon.
Also party wings, got the new blues hogs wing sauce to try, so finishing the rib for the last bit in the oven…..
Should turn out, got some Oakridge and some peach wood…ribs for lunch for about 3 days straight.
Not sure what you pay in the US, these are 23 bucks for the pair.

Things are moving….
Buttermilk and death dust marinade for the wings….added extra vinegar as they may only get 3 hours in there.
Ribs are spiced and ready.
