Baby Backs Cook

My Mom and Dad drove in from Arizona for my Nephew's graduation from Temple U. I cooked for My Sister, Brother in law, Mom, Pop, Niece, and Nephew today in the pouring rain. The Guru and jacket was a blessing for todays cook. I did 6 racks of BB's (on the top grate), Barbies beans on the lower grate, also made macaroni salad, and red beet eggs. My brother in law did a baked spinich cheese dish as an appetizer along with Waldorf salad, and mac & cheese which was awsome. This was my first time eating the Waldorf salad and it was fantastic. 7 adults and we only ate 3 racks of the ribs, we had so much food it wasn't even funny. Only took 3 pics. All the food was great and 6 hrs later I'm still full.

Thanks Kevin, My updates to those beans are in this post. Rita makes them all the time and she makes them as written. I don't like green peppers so I don't put them in. The only meat I put in is 1 lb of fully cooked bacon, because like on todays cook the ribs added all their love to the pan of beans below. That is a really great bean recipe.
