Baby Backs and Spares together

Hey guys

In honor of me, the father of the house

, I want to do some more ribs(I seriously cant get enough))

I am thinking three racks of Baby's and one rack of Spares cut down St Louis style.

I guess the Spare rack on the bottom and the Baby's on the top?

I am thinking 225. I will likely foil the baby's after two hours for an hour or so then back on w/out the foil.
I figure I wont foil the spares.

Sound like a plan?

I would do them on the racks as you said, shoot for 250ish and try not foiling at all, they will surprise you.

The problem is that spares are usually quite a bit thinner than baby backs, so start the latter before you put on the spares.
