Baby Back ribs on the 18.5"

Hello,

Will two racks of baby backs ribs lay flat/fit on the top grate of the 18.5"? My preference is not to use a rib rack, but not a deal breaker if I have to.

i've seen pictures of folks who roll the ribs up, attach the ends with toothpicks, and stand them on end to fit more on there. i've been using rib racks, but the last few times the ribs were larger and tend to get stuck in them - easy to lose some meat when pulling them out.
