Hi Gene! (sounds like one of my favourite Zevon tunes...)
You can find Craycort cast iron grates for your 26.75" OTG RIGHT HERE.
Now, that warming rack is simply another quarter section of the same grate with some nuts, fender washers and long bolts attached to the grate.
If you decide to purchase the grates, buy an additional quarter grate. The hardware you can obtain at your local nuts and bolts store.
