Just wanted to pass on that the customer service I got from BBQ guru was top notch. Bought the new Cyber Q wi-fi and could not figure out how to get it to talk to my router. Tried for 3 days and gave up. Called Guru and left a message. Damion called and walked me through the process and had me up and going in about 15 minutes.

So a HUGE thank you to them and their customer support.

Derrick these folks are just a few miles from my house so I visit frequently. Always nice people when I go there and extremely patient and helpful too.
